Kids & Students

We desires to equip students to know, love, serve, and enjoy the Lord.

The essence of student ministry is to create environments where students can encounter the person of Jesus. Ultimately we want them to know Him, and know they are loved. In everything we do...stories, games, conversations...everything, we strive to point one another towards Jesus as the source of our identity and life.

Of course, we know how to have fun! We live for the crazy. The loud. The messy. The gross. And anything that is goofy or hilarious.

Our hope is that regardless of whether this is your first time at church, or if you have been with us for years, that you would walk away knowing Jesus, and knowing you are loved.

Youth Groups

For regular weekly meetings, we partner with our Mt. Laurel campus to have combined youth meetings and events every Friday!

Kids

1/3 of the people at Fellowship Collingswood are kids. We are blessed to be entrusted with incredible families and little ones.

Our main goal at all levels of Fellowship Kids is for our children to leave our rooms feeling loved by God and by us. Our focus – in word, deed, stories, crafts, songs, verses, EVERYTHING – is on Christ and what he has done out of his great love for us. Our prayer, as we continually point to him over and over and over again, is that our children may begin to understand just how much he loves them and how they fit into his great story.

Children’s Church

All children participate in the main worship time with their families. Following the Fellowship Breaktime, there is a class for Preschoolers through 5th grade We are thrilled to be using The Jesus Storybook Bible curriculum, which presents the Bible as one complete story with Jesus at the center as the Hero—the Rescuer. And he is not just the center of that story, but the center of each one of our stories as well. Each week, all levels focus on the same story from The Jesus Storybook Bible but will have different age-appropriate discussions, crafts, worksheets, and activities in each class.

Other

Throughout the year we have special events for kids and young families. These include VBS, Christmas caroling, visiting a nursing home, Easter Egg hunt and others!

Kids Classes

NURSERIES: We have 2 nurseries and one nursing mothers room on Sunday mornings. We separate our nurseries into "crawlers" and "walkers". Every child is checked in at our security station and is only given back to a parent who has the security receipt.

Our volunteers are trained, compassionate and place a premium on caring safely for our children. Both nurseries begin at 10am on Sunday mornings and go until the last child is picked up after the service.

PRESCHOOLERS: Our preschoolers meet in the last room in the children's wing. We are flexible with the adjustment needs and development speeds of each family and child. The "typical" age group here is 3-4 year olds.

Always equipped with 2 teachers, these teachers invest much to care for your little ones.

KINDERGARTEN - 2ND GRADE: Our k-2nd class is one of the largest collections of kids and are a blast to work with. Their classroom is in the kids wing. We have check-in stations for any new families and a friendly face to walk you through the process of checking in, dropping off and picking up.

Their class is during the sermon time of the worship service. We love having our K-2nd join us in the worship in song before then.

3RD - 5TH GRADE: Our last class before the kids start youth group is our 3rd through 5th grade. They meet in the classroom across from the nurseries. With a wonderful teaching rotation, these sharp kids are learning during the sermon time of the worship service.
